We have implemented a booking system due to COVID-measures and also to ensure yours and everyone else's enjoyment of our classes. We kindly ask you to book ahead to avoid disappointment (classes tend to get booked out by the day before the class).

Fitness/exercise gear
Comfortable fitness gear to groove in. Recommended: Low-tred sneakers provide the cushion and medial lateral support needed for side-to-side movements. They also have low traction rubber for easy sliding and turning. Please be mindful with running shoes since they use a heavy tred on the bottom and are designed for forward movement.
